Welcome to Little Talkers NI, an independent speech and language therapy service specialising in working with preschool and primary school aged children in Northern Ireland.

Little Talkers NI is dedicated to giving the time and expertise to meet each child’s individual needs. We are able to offer speech and language assessment, advice and therapy for children with a wide range of difficulties including:
